VCL Objects in TestComplete

VCL library doesn't use for deleloping of graphical objects but an application displays them like VCL objects.What is root cause and how to solve this problem?

    Also, the designation of "VCLObject" doesn't have anything to do with whether or not the object was developed as VCL but as to how TestComplete recognizes it.  Most objects in an open Delphi developed application will show up as "VCLObject", for example.
