TestExecute reports unexpected window when not run on the same PC as TestComplete

While running our test scripts on Chrome there are a number of popup windows that appear in order for us to acknowledge an action (example, select Delete button and get confirmation dialog).

When I run the scripts via TestComplate they run fine.

When i run the scripts viw TestExecute running on the same PC that has Test Complete installed they run fine.

However when I run the scripts via TestExecute on a different PC that does not have TestCompete installed the log shows unexpected widnow and captures a screen shot of the dialog that is really expected.

I confirmed that both machines are running the same version of the Chrome Browser with the same browser settings.

I have not tried this using a different browser.
