TestComplete - Check for Updates is broken

Has anyone encountered the issue - Check for Updates ? Attached the ss.

it is display the message 

  -Unable to check for updates now because you are not connected to the Internet

    Potentially they are working on a new update for Chrome patching, Firefox, or even a TC 12.51 fix patch.  Try again later and see if it starts working again.
