Test Complete sometimes doesnt recognize an Object

Hello,

I'm using test complete 7 with our application and I have encountered the following problem:

I'm trying to find a caption on a giving object, and it worked fine till recently. The caption is on an item that is a popup window.

I have tried both open application and normal application, but the result was the same - Test Complete waits for the Menu Item even though it opened the popup window.



The application was written in Borland Delphi 2006.

    Hi,



    Try reproducing the issue with our sample application:

    <TestComplete 7 Samples>\Open Apps\OrdersDemo\Delphi\Orders.exe



    Does the issue occur? 



    If it doesn't, let us know the name, vendor and version of the pop-up menu control that you are using.
