Slow execution of web application tests on Windows 8.1

Good day

I am having trouble with the execution of web application keyword tests on TC 9.31 on Win 8.1 on Firefox 19.01

There is a big delay in clicking in a field and then populating the field with text. I have taken a look at the help for playback issues but it doesnt help. It it use to run just fine. 

Desktop app keyword test run just fine . 

Can someone please assist ?
