one of the user when launch Sentinel Admin Control and try to change any fields it ask for user to set the password which is not the case other users as they can update/change the configuration.
Why is the user asked to set password?

There is password protection available but it would be for all users and someone would have activated it on your end

What happened when you tried setting the password?
it ask for the current password and then to set new password . we are not aware of what the current password should be
