Scripts no longer run!

I've just had a similar experience with TestComplete in that the application loaded and ran perfectly, except it didn't execute any scripts. Even after completely uninstalling and re-installing (several times), the scripts wouldn't execute. Turns out that we recently installed new anti-virus software to deal with the current RansomWare threats, so after disabling the anti-virus and re-installing TestComplete, everything worked. It might be wort trying it if you have to wait for 3 weeks!!
