Unfortunately, the dump files do not contain any useful information either. We will have to reproduce the problem to find its cause. Please contact us directly via our Contact Support form (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/message) to discuss the possibility of providing us with your tested application.
Also, we would appreciate it a lot if you checked whether the problem can be reproduced with TestComplete 7.
