You can map the target objects by any properties you need and then record a test. TC will use the specified properties to recognize these objects. See the "Name Mapping" and "Recording in TestComplete" help topics.

without using the name mapping,is it possible to record by ID or any other properties of the object

Without Name Mapping, you cannot use custom recognition criteria.
