    Looks to me like that thread explains how to get text out of the body of an email.  That should get your OTP.  For the rest of your request, isn't it just entering text in boxes?

     

    What have you tried already and what happened when you did?

      Then take a look at the thread I posted.  Someone asked a similar question before and it looks like there's an answer in there.
