Image tolerance validation

We are facing issues with image tolerance level. Is there any way in TestComplete to identify the tolerance level for each  image rather than providing this manually.

You can if it's a property of the image object.  Try using Object Spy on one of the images and see what you get.

This is one of the reasons why using region/image comparison doesn't work very well for regular testing.  Unless you absolutely HAVE to verify the image, I would avoid doing so.

As for your question...  no.  The image tolerance doesn't have anything to do with the image itself but with how much "difference" you want to allow between the image on screen and your stored image when making the comparison.  Individual images don't have some "tolerance" property... this is what you, as the tester, need to determine as the acceptable amount of difference you want to allow in your image comparison before marking the comparison as a "failed" comparison.
