How do I connect TestComplete to Microsoft Exchange server to access an email account?

I need to check if an email was received. I have looked at the information regarding connecting to MS Outlook but they all appear to only access the primary/default email account that the installed Outlook is connected to.

Since Outlook gets the email from MS Exchange server I am looking to have TestComplete connect to the Exchange server as a particular account and retrieve/search the emails in the specified account.
