Facing sysbase DB issue in Win10 OS , It is workin in Win 7 OS

Hi Team,
In one of the Morgan stanley applciation we are using multiple db's to retrive the data , We are getting ODBC error while retriving the data from Sysbase DB using win10 os only ,where as this is working fine in Win 7 OS.
Please let us know any fre requisites need to be done before susing win10 os.
Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.

Test complete version :we tried in 12.42 AND 12.50 v

In order TestComplete can access data via ODBC:
a) Relevant ODBC driver must be installed in the system;
b) ODBC connection (DSN) must be created and set up according to the driver's requirements;
c) Bitness of TestComplete and ODBC driver must match. 32-bit flavor of TestComplete resides in the &lt;TestComplete&gt;\Bin\ folder while 64-bit one can be found in the &lt;TestComplete&gt;\x64\Bin\ folder.
