Error: The object invoked has disconnected from its clients

Hey,

 

When I use object spy on the some of the 'Textbox' elements, I get the following error in all the properties details of object spy:

Error: The object invoked has disconnected from its clients

---------------

 

Note that this error is reproducible for first time I use the spy. If I locate same Textbox again, it does not give the error. The error gets reproduced if I navigate to any other page & come back to old page & then locate the Textbox using spy.

 

I've attached the screenshot.

Due to this problem my automation scripts fail.

 

I could not find any solution to this error anywhere. Could you pls help what should I do & where should I approach ?

 

(I'm using Node locked license 11.0.644.7 on a Java based web application.)

    Hi Varun,

     

    I would suggest that you update to TestComplete 11.11 (our latest product version) and check if this issue persists there. Some issues have been fixed in this product version.

    If the issue occurs, please contact our TestComplete Support Team ( http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/ ) and provide them with the steps to reproduce the issue. This would help our R&D team investigate and fix the issue.
