but i am not able to make Xpath for this. what should be the path for it, and i do'nt want to use xpath Contains style

Note, that in this case (considering the provided markup) the found object will be a native DOM element and it will not be wrapped with TestComplete-provided methods and properties like .Click(), .Checked, etc. You will need to use either coordinate-based Sys.Desktop.Click(<x>, <y>) or native methods provided by DOM.
