Box when recording not correct

The box used by TestComplete is not correct when recording tests, and this is causing the tests not to work correctly. The box should take up the whole screen but does not. Please look at attached image for example.

    The issue was that the windows DPI setting was 125% (default). After changing to 100% the issue was fixed.

     

    This is a TestComplete bug.

      Great to hear that you’ve found the solution.

      I just want to add that setting 100% zoom is one of the requirements to execute web testing in Firefox. Please refer to the Preparing Firefox for Web Testing ( http://smartbear.com/viewarticle/69523/ ) article for details.
