Availability of suite wide events

Hi there,



I am new here, please take me on board :)



I see that test complete has the event concept to handle the usual setup and tear down scenarios. it should be done using OnStartTest  () and OnStopTest () events.



These are very useful, but I think the limitation is that these are applicable only within a project , I am looking for a way to have common events across different projects.



Something like OnStartProject () , and OnStopProject ()



Is it possible currently ?
