Give an option to allow editing of Name Mapping even when application isn't open.

Hi Marsha,
TestComplete currently provides the Store Code Completion Information option. If you set it to save full information about objects, you won't need to open your application when addressing mapped objects in the NameMapping editor.

Good option but I think we decided against that because it made the name mapping file so much bigger. What I was hoping for was an option that doesn't verify the object information while I'm editing. If I mess up, it's on me to fix it but at least I could be typing in there when the test environment is not available.
