It's apparently currently not possible to request a refresh of files used by TestComplete. It seems that TestComplete is only monitoring files for changes if no tests are running, rather than either monitoring all the time and refreshing once test execution completes or having a manual way of requesting a refresh. This forces a hack to make an unnecessary change to at least one file if changes were made while tests were executing. To remove this annoyance it'd be useful at least to be able to tell TestComplete to refresh files.
