Add attributes to Test Items to make it possible to execute Test Items by attributes

Hi,

A lot of testing tools (Cucumber, MSTest, etc.) make it possible to mark a test with a set of attributes (e.g. 'Case #123', 'Regression', 'Smoke test', etc.) and then run only those tests that have (or have not) a specified combination of attributes. (E.g. ['Smoke test' AND 'Case #123'].)

I would like to ask to enhance Test Items in TestComplete with the attributes like above and make it possible to specify from the command line (and, secondary priority, from the UI) what Test Items by attributes must be executed.

Execution order for filtered Test Items is defined by their position in the Test Items tree.

Thanks.

This idea is very similar to https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Feature-Requests/select-run-test-by-test-item-using-... (on which I submitted a suggestion on how to fix it temporarly)

@td:

Thank you for mentioning your suggestion and providing the code.

I would like to note that I prefer to be able to specify test items to be executed via command line because changing project .mds file might cause inconveniences if the project folder is under source control.
