Windows Error while running Test Case

Hi Champs,

 

Test step is to click on "play" button on a video thumbnail or video. 

While running a testcase, clicking on Play button, the application shows ike this. I dont know whether its a windows problem or Application problem or TC rpoblem. Can u please suugest me a solution.?

    Hi Sriram1!

     

    What happens when you click "play" manually outside of TestComplete?

    If this error occurs when clicking "play" manually, it is likely an application issue and you should raise internally.

     

    If it's happening only when the test runs in TestComplete but not manually, then what is displayed in the test log? Hopefully you should see some indication of why the error is occurring. Check the Additional Info tab for more detailed information.
