Virtual users Licence key activation problem on 2003 , 64 bit server

Hi


I have installed TestComplete 5 on Windows 2003 64 -bit .


When i am trying to activate 50 virtual users licence (tc5_50_users.exe),

It is installed successfully. But while running load testing with 10 users, the following message is shown

"your license is limited for 5 virtual user". Same key working fine on Windows XP system

    Hi Phani,



    As you are getting this error, the installation was not performed correctly. Please note that the add-on must be installed with administrator permissions. Did you restart your copy of TestComplete after installing the add-on?
