Hello everyone. I'm using TC11, Desktop application. I faced an issue which is unable to retrieve the table data by using table checkpoint. The error dialog can be referred in the attached image.
I have no idea what is the root cause of the error because I don't know is it the software problem or TC11 problem. Anyone know the way to get the reason and what is the technical information means??

Did the error occur once and now you are able to go past that point or does the error occur every time you try this?
What the error means:
1) Was your application under test still running at this point? Some things in TestComplete can't be completed when the application under test is offline.
2) Here's the Open Application topic. See if any of this applies to your application under test.

The error occur everytime and then the tested application will be closed. The others part do not have problem, just the table data cannot be read and extract.

Did you go through part 2, particularly the section on "How to Check Whether an Application Is Open"?
I used the Object Browser to check and the proccess included the "C++" special glyphs. So the application is Open right??
I also run the tested apps in "Debug" Run Mode and I suspect the error in the attached image might be the reason.
But I do not understand what are those information means.

I tried to apply the table checkpoint on the same application but different version, then the error became different. The error shows 'The RPC server is unavailable'. I also run the test in debug mode. I had go through the solution of RPC error but the error still occur.
So, to solve these two situations I have to directly contact the Smartbear Support?
