The OCR service failed to process the document.

I am using TestComplete  Version: 14.30.3743.7 x64

 

While executing Script Recording file, below OCR error i am getting and unable to run none of the recorded scripts. Please help me to fix the issue at the earliest.

    If you record a new test, are you able to connect to that server?
