TestComplete Error

Hi

 

Hope you all are well.

 

We have recently installed TC v14 on a VM however, whenever I try and access the TC application I get the bellow error message:

 

Can someone please advise what are their thoughts ?

 

I have also attached the same screenshot just in case the above is not very clear. Thanks

 

 

  • gdave , I see that the Support Team proposed a new workaround and are witing for a reply from you:

     

    >>

    1) completely uninstall TestComplete
    2) Remove the "TestComplete 14" folder from "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear"
    3) Reinstall TestComplete
