TestComplete 11 triggered by Jenkins hangs at project load

Hi,

In my setup I start a VirtualMachine running Windows7 and a Jenkins slave. After installation of my $Software, I run a Jenkins Job with the TestComplete Plugin.

I want to run a Keyword Test with interactive user session.

Now I have to problem that sometimes the TestComplete will hang in the "Load Project Phase", where you can see the green load indicator. After 360 minutes the run will be stopped.

Because TestComplete is never started there is no logfile. I had a look into the Windows Event Viewer, but could also not find a hint, what went wrong.

What can I do to find the root cause?

When I run that Jenkins Job a second time without restarting Windows I could never reproduce the problem, and TestComplete does perfectly run the Keyword test.
