Test project Configuration

Hi all

I was configuring TestComplete and web browser settings required to create automated tests for web applications on a desktop.

For cross browser testing on a desktop, I came across below configuration options;

• From the TestComplete main menu, select Tools > Current Project Properties.
• Select the Open Applications > Web Testing category in the tree on the left.
• Set the Tree model option to Tree.
• Unselect the Use legacy web testing features option.

However, when I went into my current project properties, I am unable to see Web Testing as an option (see attached screenshot). Any thoughts as to why Web Testing is not visible under my project properties ?

Hi all

The issue is now resolved.

It seems that the web plugin wasn't enabled due to which Web Testing option wasn't visible under my project properties.
