Test Execute issue while taking Remote connection access ?

Hi all,

I have installed Test execute in slave machine & while trying to trigger automation in slave machine i use remote connection from master machine but after triggering when i colse remote connection iam getting blank image as output (Note: we use regional check point).

Is there any solution to over come this ?? can any one help me to resolve ??
