Test Complete 14.60 Wont Launch Adobe Acrobat

I am having an issue where TestComplete 14.60 will not launch Adobe Acrobat. On a different VM I have TestComplete Version 14.20 and have no issue. Is there already an open defect on this? or some other way that application needs brought into 14.60. Thanks!

  1. Did the test ever work on the vm where it it failing now?
  2. How are you trying to open Adobe Acrobat?

as @Marsha_R stated, can you replicate this on the VM where you have 12.x instead of 14.6?

also, could you post screenshots of the test log and the detailed error messages regarding the failure of launching the adobe application (via 14.6)?
