Also, if your application crashes, you may try to use ReportGenerator tool provided with TestComplete (http://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/advanced/tracing-critical-errors/report-generator/index.html) to get crash dump of your application and either provide your developers with it for investigation or contact Support via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form and provide them with the crash dump.
