Networksuite error at end of test run

hey everyone,   I'm working on setting up the testing suite to run via parallel testing, but when I'm running a network suite through the master project I'm getting this error on the master proje...

    Hi Ag3nt49,

     

    This error can be observed in the following situations: the connection between master/slaves was lost, TestComplete/TestExecute crashed on the slave machine, or this salve machine was rebooted or shut down.

     

    So, could you please check this.

    In addition, it's worth trying to increase the timeout in the network settings like it's discussed here.
