Hi,
MFC C++ Label control is not included in the list of controls with extended support: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/supported-technologies/controls/microsoft.html
On the other hand, the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/desktop/visual-c/control-support.html article states that Labels should be accessible for TestComplete. Try what is suggested in the article (especially - check build settings required for C++ applications) and hopefully it will help...

Any update on this?

Did you go to the articles that AlexKaras suggested?

You might need to add your object's class name "ZLabel" to the project object mapping.

Not worked....

There are a number of objects under MFC that have additional properties (the ellipses button). What happens if you drill down into them? Can you find the contents there?
Also, check the NativeCPPObject property and see if there is any native property there that will retrieve the text.
