I keep getting an error when I try adding a new test case item:
The error shows the new file as missing and it appears that this is because it adds a parent directory to the new test case with the same name as the new test case. Is there any known solution to this issue?

The visualizer directory is a directory that is added to store special files for storing the visualizer frames from a test case. What it appears to be happening is that you're attempting to add and store items in that visualizer folder manually. I'd advise against that. When you create a new test case, you should put it in it's own folder, either the default KeywordTests folder or some other folder on the drive, not in the visualizer folder.
Thank you for your response. I am adding the test case in Keyword testing through the Test Complete software. I am not manually adding files to visualizer.
OK. It looks like the issue may be due to the character length of the test case. It appears to be too long. I am renaming the test case and it appears to be working.
