How to access image like buttons in RadGridView ?

Hello,   I have a few image like buttons on a row added in RadGridView. How can I access those by names?

    1. Check for any property under the Main Grid Object, you may find something like items
    2. if not can you please post the pic of the object spy of the RadGridView object

    3. What does it show when you do record and play? Can you please give some more info or the pic of the object window if possible.

     

    Please let me know if you required any help in finding the items
