ForceConversion fails to convert from 10.20 to 11.30.

Hello,

We have 1895 projects we are looking to convert to TC11.  I scripted the conversion using the following command:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 11\Bin\TestComplete.exe" <.pjs location> /SilentMode /ForceConversion /ns

All projects have been checked out of source control, and the read-only flag cleared.  The results were as follows:

963 script tests: 0 conversions

932 keyword tests: 559 conversions

Manually opening either type in TestComplete succesfully converts the projects.  In the future, we are going to need to update TestComplete regularly, so an automated process will become essential.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?
