“First chance exception 0xc0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION occurred at 0x6650a98f, read of address 0x6650a98f at 0x6650a98f”

“Second chance exception 0xc000041d Unknown exception occurred at 0x6650a98f”

Hi Fabio,

> First chance exception [...] Second chance exception

This means that an exception occurred while accessing a memory location and this exception was not handled internally and reached operating system level.

Unfortunately, from the information provided by you it is difficult to determine whether the problem occurred in the tested application or in TestComplete itself.

Considering that PowerBuilder is not too popular testing target, I would recommend to create a Support ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form and proceed with Support guys. (It is my expectation that they will ask you for some memory dumps created using Report Generator utility provided with TestComplete - https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/advanced/tracing-critical-errors/report...)
