Error when running http load testing in TC8 Enterprise

I currently have a TC8 Enterprise installed and tried running a simple http load testing. I already tried the sample http://localhost/loadtesting/LoadTestingDemo.dll  and my sample web app. But both generate the error below.

What does this error mean?

    Also, the new behavior of LoadTesting license is less friendly than it was in the previous versions of TC.



    In TC 4-7 it was impossible to increase the number of virtual users grater than current license allows. But now it is possible to set any number of users even if no license for LoadTesting is installed.

    Hi,



    Do you mean that we should purchase a separate product for load testing add on for it to work? We already bought a named license of TC8 Enterprise edition. And from what I read Enterprise edition supports load testing?

    Hi,


    The TestComplete 8 Enterprise edition does not include virtual user licenses anymore. The virtual users are controlled by a special virtual user license that is purchased separately from TestComplete and TestExecute licenses. Please see the page below:

    2 AQA Support: this message isn't really helpful especially for novices. I believe that it should be changed in order not to confuse users.


    We'll consider improving this error dialog to make it more informative.

    Apparently I consulted on the Enterprise Edition that we bought and this was what said on the email:

    "The Enterprise edition of TestComplete that you purchased allows you to simulate
    (5) virtual users for HTTP load testing"



    Do I need to install anything in particular to be able to test load testing?



    If we do have 5 virtual users available then what kind add-on should be installed?

    No, you needn't install anything. To have virtual users available, you need to purchase a separate license that is responsible for them and activate it.


    Apparently I consulted on the Enterprise Edition that we bought and this was what said on the email:

    As far as I know, your account manager should have contacted you to sort things out.

    Thanks I received his mail. It has been clarified to me that TC8 does not have 5 free virtual licenses unlike in TC7.5
