Connection failed when login web site on internet within port 443 or 0

hi ,

 I test this website on our internal server,no error shows in the log message, but on internet, connection only works fine on port 80, the other port like 443 or 0 are fail to connect. I have uploaded our app in attachment, Could anyone told me what happens or how to resolve it?

    Hi support,

    I have check SSL settings as the article mentioned, But this problem still exits. and another Performance test engineer test the same web site on internet by other automation test tools such as LoadRunner and it works fine.we are researching this problem to find out solution
