Changing server and application name to the same task

I'm configuring a load test on a asp.net web application.

I have the same app on 2 servers, I use 2 urls to them, 

I recorded a task on one of them with the url: "http://territorio/pc_malattieinfettive".

Can I change dinamically the variables(host and application name)  so I can testing the same app on another server with url "http://icastiglia/infoClin"? If yes, How?
