Black Box only after click to textbox via Remote desktop - WINDOWS 10 RMD

Please help me.   When connected over a remote desktop on WINDOWS 10 PC (with Testcomplete 11.20 version 1491) , a black box (see on picture) always flickers when you run a test (or recording test)...

    David91 thank you for clarifying this.

    You can try the following - take a screenshot or record a short video on the machine where TestComplete is installed. My best guess is - you won't see the black box.

    As I said previously, this should not affect your tests in any way :smileyhappy:

If i run test on PC with TC .. so, i dont see black box ..(playing or recording test) BALCK BOX only visible via Remote desktop and only for TF playing and recording test)

David91 the thing is - it looks like this black box doesn't really exist on the tested machine. It's only shown in the remote desktop window.

 

To be absolutely sure that the black box does not affect your testing, please make your test log a picture of the tested application window when the text box appears on the screen (when you see the black box via the RDP).

 

I'm attaching a video demonstrating how to do this. The result log will contain the actual image of the window, which shouldn't have the black box.
