Possibly resolved by a patch to 10.30 (check with Customer Support if you have a maintenance subscription), but I would try 10.60 first.

Now I am trying to update TC from 10.30 to 10.60. After computer reset my scripts do not work because TestComplete no more recognizes controls as "Open Application". If I return back 10.30 it works. What shall I set up in 10.60 or I cannot update testComplete?
