SwaggerHub organization invitations not sent (resent)

Trying to setup our team to use SwaggerHub. When I add new emails to invite to our organization, they don't receive anything. And resend also doesn't seem to work.

 

If our account is set for 3 Designers and 6 Consumers, does a Designer slot take up a Consumer slot?

Do I as the Owner factor into these counts?

 

Thoughts?

Hi Chris,

 

Designers and Owners take Designer seats. Consumers take Consumer seats. You can see the used and total seats on the Overview page in the organization settings.

 

As for the emails not arriving, please open a support ticket (if not already):
