Swagger API connection to Visual Studio Code

Hey all,

So I have been given a project to work on, and it part of it is to move some code to be utilized in Swagger UI. Now it is all C# and there is already some code that is present on the Swagger UI. The issue is there is no Swashbuckle or reference to Swagger at all within the code. So I am wondering how it is publishing code to the Swagger UI with absolutely no reference to Swagger or the corresponding API at all.
