Callback updates to the Swagger UI

Apologies for the newbie question...

Is it possible to get server updates from a callback updating a Swagger UI?  I've had a look around and don't see any examples so I assume it's not possible.  If not, are there any recommendations for the easiest way to do this for a server side developer in the same way that Swagger UI can perform POST/GET etc.  i.e. I don't want to have to write any client side code at all.
