soapui 2.5.1 hanging(waits idefintely) on some projects

Hello,
I am trying to transition to 2.5.1 but am experiencing some issues which I do not experience in 2.0.3.  I am using testrunner to run all my project and I notice that some projects in 2.5.1 do not finish.

the testrunner log says
waiting for 1 tests to finish.

soapui 2.5.1 will stay here forever.

I am attaching a screenshot.

What I don't understand from the screenshot is that since suites run in series and the second last lines says

soapUI suite [TemplateTestCases] finished in 27845 ms

how could there be 1 tests that soapui is waiting on.

I also tried running the testsuites via the UI and there was no issue. seems like a problem with 'testrunner'. This is a severe blocking issue for us.

    Hi Ali,

    can you mail me this project file and the command-line arguments you are using to run the tests (although everything will fail, maybe I still get this behaviour.. )?

    Hi Ali,

    unfortunately not, but the upcoming nightly build will have some improved logging so we can see exactly at which testcases/teststeps it is waiting, please let me know.

    (The build will be out in about an hour)
