Hi PSTyler,
Please make sure that the previous version of ReadyAPI isn't running and try running the installer of version 3.2.7 under an Administrator's account via the 'Run as administrator...' option.
Also, such error may occur due to some Java-related restrictions or restrictions related to certain applications in the system. Try installing ReadyAPI in a directory other than Program Files.
