load script to populate endpoint and project properties

hi,

i'm trying to create load script which sets the endpoint and project properties on project load, so that i can have a config.txt file (which qa users can set the project properties and endpoint in) and then just have the testsuites run, as opposed to messing around within the ui.

does this seem like the best solution to reuse a project against different endpoints?
