how to convert Ready API file to .HAR file?

Hi

 

There us a requirement where I supposed to run the load test in VSTS where I supposed to import file in the .HAR format. how to convert Ready API file to .HAR file so that I can pass it to VSTS and continue on my Load test run?

    What is .HAR format? Do you find any where that VSTS can run soapui project?

      .HAR refers HTTP Archive format.  I am trying to convert the script file into .HAR and used it in VSTS (This is modified specific to my client) .
