Using 'Launch TestRunner' via GUI

I am trying to use 'Launch TestRunner' via GUI and the test are executed but all the test fail. Looking at the log of 'Launch TestRunner' seems to indicate the the My tests are not able to resolve the groovy file which contain my global groovy functions.
Seems like soapUI takes the scripts default installation directory to find the groovy files.
17:13:42,373 INFO [SoapUIProGroovyScriptEngineFactory] Initializing scripts folder [C:\Program Files\TVGUIDE soapUIPro 1.7.5 snapshot sept 11th\bin\scripts]
as opposed the location specified in the Perferences. I tried overriding it by going to CustomArgs->ToolArgs->-t"location of soapui-settings.xml" but it did not seem to work.
