UI Improvement: option to disable cloning description when cloning test cases

When a test case is cloned, its description is also cloned. It would be nice if there is some checkbox where the user can specify if he wants the description cloned as well.

If he choose 'No' maybe you can show a description box within the clone window so that the user can enter the description of the new test cases.

I am finding, in my team, that since we build a lot of test cases based on other testcases, descriptions of the source testcase are spread all over the project and are very confusing to someone who is new.

Another feature that would be nice is to have a testcase/description list at the project level so that they can be modified from one place.
